Chiropractic Classes

Often employees go to work with stress built up from their home life.  This coupled with a stressful commute and the additional stress of work can cause employees to become less productive and unhappy.  Allow us to show your employees how they can deal with some of that stress.

Cole Chiropractic Clinic offers several educational classes for local businesses.  These classes give the business owner an opportunity to help their employees deal with the everyday stress of work and home.  A typical class can last anywhere between 20-45 minutes depending on the number of employees attending.  The following is a list of the classes we offer.

  • Stress Headache Class: This class will show the employee how to identify and self manage a stress headache.
  • Low Back Pain Class: This class will go over the possible causes of low back pain and ways to strengthen the back.
  • Trigger Point Therapy Class: This class educates the employee about what a trigger point is, how it can be treated, and prevention.
  • Office Ergonomics Class: This class will show the employee how to make their office more ergonomically friendly with items commonly found in the office.

All of the above classes include hands on treatment of tight muscles.  We encourage you to get input from your employees about which class they are most interested in.  Give us a call at 843-416-8593 to schedule your class today!
