The Seven Steps to Becoming a New Patient at Cole Chiropractic Clinic.

1. Call 843-408-8713 to schedule your first office visit.  You may request the new patient forms when you call or you can simply enter your contact information here.  Fill out your paperwork in the comfort of your own home and bring it with you on your first visit.
2. Once the initial paperwork is finished you will have a private consultation with one of our doctors so they can have a good understanding of your condition.
3. A focused evaluation of your condition will be performed to find out if you are a candidate for the type of care offered. 
4. Orthopedic and neurologic testing will be performed to ensure you are in the right place and you don't need to be referred to another specialist.    
5. X-rays will be performed onsite if they are indicated for your specific condition.
6. Once all of the information is collected on your condition, the doctor will discuss the findings with you and will go over the available treatment options.
7. When you decide that the recommendations are something you would like to pursue, you will be accepted as a patient at Cole Chiropractic Clinic.
